Similes

Similes is a comparison of two things using "like" or "as...as".

"Like" is a doing word and "as...as" is a  describing word.

An example for "like" similes is, "she ran like the wind."

An example for "as...as" similes is, "she is as cold as ice."

Similes help people write about describing.

    1. Hey Te Raumati,
What I think is hard about similes is compering them. What is your Favorite thing about similes?

    2. Hi O'Ninesha,
Thanks for replying back! My favourite thing about similes is comparing them to other things. What is a funny simile you have written so far and why do you think it's funny?
