Adverbs

Adverbs describe action words or describe whats happening and how an action happens,
they also end with "ly" at the end of a word. They also can describe when, where, how and what to extent.

They are also part of speech and there are many examples for each one of them.

Examples for when : The boy will run "today." When describes what time it will happen like something, tomorrow, today, now etc.

Examples for where : A group of kids played "inside". Where describes what place you are like outside, inside, up, down, here etc.

Examples for how : The girl ran "quick". How means the ways that you do it like slowly, quickly, kindly, bravely etc.

Examples for extent :  The boy was "extremely" cold. Extent has an ly at the end of a words like very, lightly, quickly etc. It describes how many, much, etc.
