100% Attendees

Today at assembly some people got some lego because they got 100% attendees at school.

Last Swimming Day

Last Swimming Day

Today was the last day of swimming. We also used life jackets. The first  thing we
did with our life jackets was the chain. It's where you hold the other person's life
jacket and float around. Then we did the huddle. The huddle is we make a circle
and if someone gets hurt they go in the middle. Next we had to touch the bottom
of the pool. It was really hard because the life jacket was pulling us up. James
gave us a push and we touched the bottom of the pool.

There was a guy named Bob. He wanted a home because he needed a better one.
What was he going to do. Bob was thinking of what he should do to get a new
home. He could not buy one because he had a little bit of money and he was
thinking really hard to get a better house.

Then Bob came with an idea. He asked people he knew for a long time to help
him make a  house. His friends didn't have the stuff to make the house but they
did have glass. Bob said we will use the glass then. His friends helped him until
it was done. Bob said it needs a bit of colour so they painted it. When the home
was done Bob was so happy and his friends were happy for him.

Simple - This moving air is called wind.

Compound - The wind brings sunny, snowy, wet and stormy weather.

There is a mouse and he is surprised and scared of a cat! He doesn't know what
to do. The cat was about to attack him. He was thinking fast of what he could do
to get away from the cat. Then the mouse ran as fast as he could but he wasn't
fast enough. The cat got closer and closer. Then the cat jumped over the mouse.
The mouse ran the other way to a place where the cat could not find him.

The mouse still had to think about an idea to make the cat forget about him before
he is caught. The mouse found some food, he put it in a spot where the cat was
without being seen. The cat saw the food and ate it. The cat forgot about the
mouse and the mouse walked away happily to his home.
